Their eyes shine in the moon’s light as they fight. Their movements are fluid, smooth, and predatory. Lean, taunt muscles lay beneath different colors of fur and sharp incisors are visible beneath black gums. Blood spatters over their beautiful coats and color the ground red as they snap, tear, and wound each other.

Fur standing on end, you approach the two groups as they pause and separate as they take notice of your presence. Two pairs of eyes stand out to you and unnerve you. Both seemed to draw the respect out of you without your consent as you lower your head and tuck your tail between your legs. Power radiated from them both, and you’re unsure whether it was the large, dark grey male with golden eyes, or the black female with bright green eyes that had the strongest air to them. They both stood across from each other, and large groups of other wolves and Werelings in human forms stand on each side behind them. All of their eyes bore into you and you stop as you stand before the two obvious leaders.

Your muscles tense and they begin to shake as your wolf side slowly draws you towards one side, your true nature, good or evil, slowly reveals itself as you make your decision. Which side will you choose? Will you choose the path of light and good? Or the path of dark and evil?

Name: Calloway

Age: 17 1/2

Gender: Male

Rank: Warrior

Summary: War has ended, the era of werelings has vanished from the human's minds. Peacefulness has all but vanished, leaving none except a boy of blood no one knows. He just came to a doorstep and sat down, waiting for something, anything. He had blonde hair, shaggy over his brow, with light blue eyes that seemed to glow. 10 years was his age, without any identity or idea of who or where he was before. The family he had gone to, ventured to the police station immediately following the boy's arrival. Many questions were asked, none were answered. The young boy remained silent as he watched everyone bicker and plea. Still, he stayed cold and unwilling to speak.

A month had passed, still having no sign of speech. If asked a yes or no question, he would simply nod or shake his head. If asked something longer, he would find something to write on and communicate like so. Either way, he never spoke. The family had grown accustomed to the constant reading of words, not pressuring him to act like a normal child, only the mother though, barely tolerated the boy. Sooner or later, this routine would have to end and the boy would have to speak. One day, the mother strolled up to the boy, with the ambition of making him speak. "We must give you a name, young one." In response to this the boy shook his head. He stared at her, straight in the eye, trying to make her understand that he didn't not want her name. She ignored him anyway. "Brady! Yes, your name is going to be Brady!" The mother began to walk away when the unexpected happened. "No." The boy murmured. "My name is not, and shall never be 'Brady'." Startled, the woman turned. "So you can speak after all. Ok, then what IS your name?" The young one gave her a death stare, replying with a snake's tongue. "Calloway. My name is Calloway." A day after, Calloway left, giving no warning to wander the world.

He had been alone for two and a half years, migrating from city to city. All the while, he had gained the ability of a stealthy theif, obtaining money and food whenever and wherever he wished. Tomorrow was his 13 birthday, it seemed more important than the others, but he had given no thought to why. The whole day he had been trying to search for a cabin or something to sleep on. He had roamed into a dark alley way, coming across an open window into a home. Silently sliding into the room, his glowing blue eyes searched the home. Empty. Calloway found a bed, laid down his head, and fell into his dreams.

A boy, he saw, was running. T'was darkness surrounding this boy with golden hair and luminous blue eyes. He looked to be about thirteen years, Calloway's age. A light was but a yard ahead of this boy. Calloway could not see what the light was coming from, nor why the boy was running to it. A minute later, the boy came to the light, but did not go through it. Calloway saw those blue lights, and a flash of recognition dashed across his mind; the boy was him. Suddenly, he saw himself run through the light. The world instantly turned into a forest, but the boy vanished. Calloway saw flashes of darkened black and red bolt across the ground. the shadow stopped and showed a form of a large wolf of a little less than 10 feet. The species of this wolf seemed to be an evolved form of a Tundra Wolf. This dark wolf turned, setting Calloway's insides into mush. This wolf's eyes were the same as the boy's, the same as his. He was this wolf.

He woke in the dead of night, thrashing at the air, trying to grasp a simple breath. A storm was brewing, lightning was casting shadows across the walls. Regaining his composure, he ran the dream through his head once more. Calloway has just passed his 13th year. He felt his heart pound quicker with every thought of those eyes-- his eyes. The boy stood but lost his balance, toppling down onto a chair. The boy rose from his fall, feeling blood trickle from his brow. His nerves began to change, perking his five senses; his body began to bulk up, strengthening his every muscle; his intellect sharpened, teaching him of what he must know, teaching him of instinct and of loyalty. Calloway's transformation has begun for he no longer stood on his two hind legs. Now, the boy watched from a higher stance than his own. He had the colors of the dark one when he looked to a mirror. Startled from this new form, he backed into a table, knocking over glass and utensils. Calloway ran into a wall, controlling of his actions. His mind told him to stop, to listen to the wolf within his soul. The boy slowed and calmed his heart, each and every breath he took lowered his height. He was human once more. What am I? He wondered. His form was silhouetted onto the walls of the room from the light of the storm. He ran to find more of his kind, to find himself.

Example Post: Seven years have passed since Calloway's leave from his first known home. He would stay in one city for only a month, then he would vanish. He had made sure that he was invisible and that he stayed that way. The only time he was noticed was when he was passing by a group of teenage girls. They had gathered around him, red in the cheeks from his eyes. Calloway payed no heed to the girls, nor the jealous boys who call themselves 'tough guys'. One day though, a girl got a little too close to this male.

One evening, as he was scanning the shops for food, a group of couples walked past him. Eyes turned, and a girl stepped away from his man. Calloway heard the shamefull whispers towards the girl. He just kept walking, trying not to give the girl any more attention than she already had. Unfortunately, she wanted the attention. "Hey there cutie." The girl taunted. Sighing, Calloway turned and put his thumbs in his front pockets. "That's right, puppy dog. Come here, I know you want me." His eyes twitched. Something inside him had stirred with anger at her comment. Calloway rolled his eyes, unmoving. Almost as if she was making sure the attention didn't leave her, the girl strolled up to Calloway and latched her arm around his. "Yo!" Calloway lazily shifted his eyes towards the gaping male. "Yes?" He answered. The irritated male strutted up to Calloway with a puffed out chest and an overly annoying ego. "What are you doing with my girl?" The ego maniac growled. "Do you have eyes? She came to me, obviously she doesn't want you." He retorted. The punk, flustered and angry, took a swing. He dodged, pushing the girl out of the way in the process. "Ouch!" The girl shrieked as she landed on her butt. Calloway closed his eyes and wove his way around the train wreck of a boy, elbowing him in the back of the head, knocking him out. The male opened his bright blue eyes towards the group and stood over the one eager to try and end the fight quickly, leaving him as the winner. Calloway began to turn when he heard someone bellow. "Dude! No one does that to Kurt!" All of a sudden, the whole group sped towards him. Feeling threatened, Calloway's wolf took him over, shifting his human form into his darkened wolf.

The humans stopped cold once they saw the 10 foot figure of a wolf in front of them. No words come from their mouths, they just stared with fear. Calloway growled. Get out of here! He barked. They must have heard, he thought, but they are too dumb to move. Time to force them to move. He howled and slashed at the air above their heads, purposely missing their necks. They all screeched in horror as the ran from him. He sighed as he shifted back into his human form. He heard a gasp from his right. Calloway slowly spun around and saw the human that had witnessed his every move. Getting bored of this constant fight, he simply looked to the terrified girl and said, "Woof." Subsequently, he ran from the scene. Now, he was on to his next destination, New York City.
