Their eyes shine in the moon’s light as they fight. Their movements are fluid, smooth, and predatory. Lean, taunt muscles lay beneath different colors of fur and sharp incisors are visible beneath black gums. Blood spatters over their beautiful coats and color the ground red as they snap, tear, and wound each other.

Fur standing on end, you approach the two groups as they pause and separate as they take notice of your presence. Two pairs of eyes stand out to you and unnerve you. Both seemed to draw the respect out of you without your consent as you lower your head and tuck your tail between your legs. Power radiated from them both, and you’re unsure whether it was the large, dark grey male with golden eyes, or the black female with bright green eyes that had the strongest air to them. They both stood across from each other, and large groups of other wolves and Werelings in human forms stand on each side behind them. All of their eyes bore into you and you stop as you stand before the two obvious leaders.

Your muscles tense and they begin to shake as your wolf side slowly draws you towards one side, your true nature, good or evil, slowly reveals itself as you make your decision. Which side will you choose? Will you choose the path of light and good? Or the path of dark and evil?

Name:Gabriel Braveheart

Age:Unkown but looks twentyish.

Gabriel is a tall male, almost unusually so at six feet twelve inches. His hair is a light brown color and his eyes are a bright luminous gold that shines like pirate’s gold or the fires of hell, depending on his mood. His face is handsome with a small scar beneath his right eyebrow and one on his left lower cheek. Scars from past fights crisscross along his body, marking him for the warrior he is. Usually he dresses in comfortable designer jeans, a T-shirt, and a black jacket that he only wears during the colder seasons. He’s usually seen wearing old worn Nikes that’d belonged to his best friend, Xeric, before he was killed, or if at home or in the woods, barefoot. He’s the oldest wereling in North and South America.

In his past he was as evil as they came, even more sadistic and cruel then Noctavia, but as the years past he became the man he is today. He strives to be like his father and be kind of heart and courageous, but Gabriel also doesn’t mind having fun and can, and will, easily seduce any female he finds interesting. He doesn’t seduce and leave them though, for he usually does really, really try to get to know the female after, but so far he hasn’t found one that sparks anything within him like his old love had.

His wolf side still reveals in the dark side and usually tries to drag Gabriel with him. He’s a good and fair Alpha though, but has no mercy for the sniveling humans in the world. There are times when he and Gabriel are one, but that’s rare and only occurs when they’re defied by another, hunting, or fighting for their lives and pack.

His wolf is massive in size at ten feet and a half and terrifying to look upon. Covered in dark grey fur like the ashes from a fire and two golden eyes rested upon a handsome face. Scars are visible without his winter coat, showing the amount of fights he’d fought and won. He isn’t the tallest wolf alive, for his Beta Male, Jace Valentine is, but Gabriel is wider in chest, where as a normal wolf, wereling or natural, is thinner chested. He’s also covered in a thick layer of muscle. To say the wolf and man were like Ying and Yang would be an understatement. Though most Pure Bloods get along fine with their wolves, Gabriel and his own does not. Oh, sure they used to, but that was after, and that’s a story you’ll learn soon enough.

His past is long and filled with heartache. Born in beautiful Greece, Athens he lived in the strongest pack the world had ever known, Braveheart. None could beat them and they were fierce and wild in battle with all who went against them, no matter how powerful the enemy. Gabriel himself was Beta, his father’s right hand man. His father was Delano Braveheart, an Alpha of Alphas for all Alphas of any packs from England to Africa revered him for his power. Not only was he powerful and the oldest Wereling alive, but he was also compassionate and wise when dealing with others. He would not back down when defending another, even if it were a mere human. Gabriel’s mother was the most beautiful of the Greek wolves, her hair as gold as the gold of the kings and her eyes were a bright electric blue. She had a gift of healing, but she was also a deadly wolf when defending her pack.

Gabriel had a brother named Adonis, named after the Greek god for his celestial good looks. Despite being better looking, Adonis was more than a little jealous of Gabriel’s power and ability to beat him in battle. Gabriel did everything he could to try and include his brother to ease his jealousy, but he couldn’t bring himself to be something he wasn’t just to please his younger brother.

He lived happily and in bliss in his home and lived like a prince. Many females had begun to offer there selves as his mate, but Gabriel could never find one he found interesting. During this important time in his life a witch killed his mother in an attempt to unsettle the pack and allow another pack that offered her much, much drachmas to come in and take over the pack. Filled with pain and fury Gabriel and his brother teamed up for once and managed to defend their lands by the sides of their comrades in arms and the two brothers managed to lead the pack to victory as their father shut himself in his room and died of a broken heart, for a soul mate cannot live long without their other half.

Once they’d gotten on with their lives and things settled Gabriel and Adonis began to fight. Reckless, terrifying, close to death fights as they fought for the leadership of the Braveheart Pack. Sides were taken and lines were drawn as the pack split up and both Alphas fought each other, bringing brother against brother, and sister against sister. Finally on the field of battle both Packs were attacked by an enemy pack that had been watching from the sidelines, waiting for the pack to weaken enough for them to come in and claim what had once been a proud Pack. Overwhelmed both brothers took off with what wolves they could and disappeared to lick their wounds. Gabriel, distraught since he didn’t know if his brother lived, left his Beta Male, Xeric, as Alpha of his Pack and became a Loner.

Hearing news that his brother was alive from a couple dark natured loners Gabriel was relieved, but didn’t want anything else to do with his brother. Hearing news of a new land called America he took the next ship there and disappeared into the woods and lived as a wolf for a long, long time.

Finally humans began encroaching upon his turf and having humans around stirred his human side and reminded him that he was not all wolf. He lived among the humans in the New York area and was greatly interested by the new British that arrived and the new weapons they possessed. During this time he learned English and British.

Not long after news of Adonis arrived upon the lands as more and more werelings arrived in the hopes of claiming unpopulated lands Gabriel’s and Adonis’s paths crossed. After a small argument and fight the brothers made up and built up a plantation of their own in the south in Virginia. Gabriel and his brother caused hell for the loners that lived around there and enjoyed this as a sort of entertainment. A darkness had entered their hearts after the death of their parents and the death of their home and both were becoming more and more dark as the months went by. Adonis soon found a mate though and had a little girl of his own. Having enough good in his heart left Gabriel left them so as not to bring trouble to their doorstep, but this was in vain.

During this time Gabriel became the Alpha of Alphas. Every Alpha within the land couldn’t beat him, and many did try. Gabriel was nowhere near the man his father had been though, and was thoughtless of others and cruel. He murdered many and punished many, many packs for trying to attack his or for defying his word.

There came a time when Gabriel himself wanted a mate, and two days after he had this thought his eyes landed upon a raven haired beauty named, Alexandra. Gabriel forcibly claimed her as a mate and vowed he’d own her body, mind, and spirit. The two fought constantly, a constant amusement to his on looking pack. Slowly the two fell in love and Gabriel actually began to settle and could see how Adonis could turn good from just the touch of a woman. During one of his battles his Alexandra died defending one of their pack mates, and filled with pain and anger Gabriel went back to the life style he had before and abandoned his pack to disappear upon the streets.

Gabriel explored the world during this time, becoming a thief, a pirate, assassin to kings, a spy, and occasionally even a soldier within a war. He learned more on how to fight with weapons and his body in China, Korea, Japan, and anywhere he could. After a few years of adventure he returned to America a rich man and once on American soil he went in search of his brother and his family and managed to find them in Tennessee.

One night when Adonis and Gabriel met at a tavern for a drink and to swap tales of how things had been, loners destroyed Adonis’s plantation and killed his daughter and wife. Upon their arrival Gabriel nor Adonis were able to save them, and destroyed the loners that remained. During the battle Adonis learned that the loners had been following Gabriel in an attempt to kill him, and now Adonis blamed Gabriel for their deaths.

After that night Gabriel hadn’t seen his brother for years, not until now. Now Adonis lived within the Eternal Darkness Pack, led by his enemy, Noctavia.

A few years before Adonis’s acceptance into the Eternal Pack, Gabriel had still been a loner, but had been running around with his friend and ex-Beta, Xeric who’d left Greece and his pack to check out America. The two had had fun in New York City, gambling and drinking every night and watching each other’s backs during fights. They met the Alphess Noctavia one night and during a game of poker Xeric lost his temper and fought Noctavia. Being held back by two other wolves Gabriel couldn’t get to his comrade in arms fast enough to save him. That night he made his first enemy and swore to destroy Noctavia and any in her pack that followed her lead.

Now he’s built a home for all of his wolves and himself in the woodlands outside the City close to one of the outside towns. His pack grows with each passing day and so does his knowledge and power.

He was determined to rebuild the Bravehart name. He would make his father proud.

Example Post:

The sky was as black as ink and filled with tiny pinpricks of stars. The moon shone brightly within the sky and casted everything in a silvery light. Wind whistled through the trees and the sound of their secret language filled the night as crickets sang and the noises of other nocturne creatures filled the night. A wolf’s howl split the dark night and its source soon became visible as it stepped through the woods and rubbed its side upon a tree to mark its scent. It was a large wolf at ten feet and a half, massive in size and covered in scars that would make anyone flinch at the sight. Two, savage golden eyes laid upon its handsome face. Critical, analyzing, it studied the darkness around it to be sure that none were in its territory. It was just claiming the space, marking his scent along the borders and howling to warn off others. Here Gabriel planned to build his pack, and it was here he would begin the destiny he was meant to have.

Lifting his nose into the wind that softly blew through the trees his lip curled into a snarl as a scent entered his nostrils. The hackles along his back raised like swords and it didn’t take long for the other creature to make itself known. The wolf was just as large as he with a pure white pelt and two pitch black eyes that cut into the soul. It was a wereling that’d completely forgotten about his human side which laid buried deep within his mind, leaving only the savage wolf to remain as a vassal for their soul. Lowering its head the white wolf stalked forward like a silent ghost and lunged at Gabriel, its incisors flashing in the moon’s light.

Moving faster than the challenger, Gabriel lunged forward and met the wolf head on. Both wolves raised up on their back legs and laying their front legs over the other’s shoulders they snapped and tore at each other’s muzzle and tried to unstable the other. Finally Gabriel managed to knock the white wolf over. The white wolf tore into his leg and Gabriel yelped as he leaped back. The white wolf lunged at Gabriel and pinned him to the ground and snarled in his face. “Submit.” The wolf tried to go for his throat but Gabriel growled out in violent defiance and lunged forward with all his might to unbalance the white wolf. Not wasting his time Gabriel’s mouth locked around the wolf’s throat and with ease tore out his throat. The white wolf landed heavily on the ground and breathed his last as his form wavered and returned to his human form. In the wolf’s place laid a young looking man with light blonde hair that was almost white. Pity filled Gabriel and he tilted his head back to sing out his victory, but also his remorse for the fallen warrior.

Gabriel’s form wavered and in the place of the dark grey wolf crouched a handsome man covered in strong muscles and didn’t have an ounce of fat on him. Two golden eyes stared out of too long brown hair, hair he’d soon go and get cut. For now he’d bury the wereling, and then he’d begin his future and begin his search for pack mates.

If only he knew the adventure that lay before him.
