Okay so I've come to find out that I'm never going to suggest anyone I know to work for walmart. They hired me and I was there for almost three weeks. but get this. They fired me saying I didn't have enough experience as a cashier. Okay for one I have seven years experience cashiering for McDonalds.
Two the stupid broad manager who was suppose to do some training so I could get on the register. Wouldn't do, even though I tried to talk to her about it she just shook her head and wouldn't let me come int he room. The person who was my trainer tried to let me on the register but no that same manager came along and pulled me off it and wouldn't let her train me on it. So here's my question. How is someone suppose to get trained on something, become good at something, if you won't let them get on it and learn how to do it?
I mean seriously are you really that self centered. It's no wonder you can't take your 'Now Hiring' sign down. You won't quite firing all of your new hires and actually try something called training them. I'm not the only one who got fired, can you tell? Okay I'm done rambling.
