"What made you believe that I thought you were angry with me? I simply was wanting to see your true side and not what Daiken was asking politely for you to do. It is your body is it not? My point exactly. See, wolfie would love to meet you, but I do not trust them at the moment. Usually if I let them free, there is not telling what they will do, say, or think when I'm not around. If I'm so distracting, maybe you should turn back and head home, because kid, I'm here to stay. Your company however allurs me. I wish to know more about you, and I expect for a brute of many like you to expect the same from me as well as my other side." Noctavia stopped herself, knowing her words were coming to a provoking state. She meant no harm to come between them, but this conversation was stretching longer than she had planned. She certainly would not have expected Daiken to of freely let Slayer roam trusted in his personal body, not even herself trusted the voices inside her head, especially with mating season just around the corner. The Alphess sighed slowly, keeping up at Slayer's side, but trying her best to reach into her mind for the Daiken that was still partially active. As Slayer narrated not only his, but Daiken's past, her ears trained attentively and infatuated with such valuable information. A smile crossed over her features at how similar his feelings were into changing for the first time. Noctavia remembered how much she craves to shift once the voices made their first appearance inside her head. At the age of ten, they practically guided her through school work, let alone tricking some of her family pack members with her talent of compulsive lies. Those were the good days, being young again however brought back too many memories to constantly be reminded of. One of the many reasons she hated bringing up her past, though, the tale of her first shift she always loved to speak about. It left them afraid, yet on their feet in case she was to do anything to indicate she was about to kill or threaten someone. Her attention sparked at the realization that Daiken wasn't the only one. "Tanken... I never knew he had a brother, let alone shared a tight bond. I would have never of known due to how well he takes care of himself, but I'm sure you help him a lot with that. From what I know of, I don't have any siblings. I was my parent's first and next in line to be ruler once I was to be married, which is funny considering I don't see myself with a mate anytime soon. They would probably assign me another pack's Alpha's son to join packs, which in my opinion is an outrage. But wait, what am I saying, you don't care...do you?,"
"Of course he doesn't give a shit, Noctavia. We don't give a shit, he doesn't give a shit, and neither do you. Never have, never will. All males are worthless to be given such attention and to this day it still surprises me that others find what we will never discover. It rots your mind and distracts you from the goal you wish to push yourself to. Your parents chose your path and we were smart enough to deny it and make everyone afraid to step near. Nothing will change that, so don't even bother trying to believe it could still happen for us." The voices growled in unison, nodding as they knew they were right and they were. Daiken was only one of the two that managed to make her stay and listen. Ryker, her Beta male being the other. "I reckon its my turn..very well..." Noctavia released a small sigh, thinking back to the day like it was only last week, still fresh in her mind for it was something she refused to forget behind. "At the harvest moon or Halloween night, I had been born and given the name, Noctavia Alexandria Dark. My name, Noctavia, meaning 'a new beginning' symbolized the next generation to come for the Dark pack. I was to then rule, like I said, once I married a powerful Alpha like the ancestors before me. Since the day I was able to be put into schooling, I was given training courses so when the time came, I'd be ready and be able to control what I was to become like the rest of shifter race. But, once the voices started popping up, I grew distant and reckless. However, I dont' regret what I did in the past or what I do now or how I act towards others. With the wolf's help I was able to keep up on my studies, maintaining an straight A report card throughout school and college. Anyway, on my thirteenth birthday, I was dragged carelessly by two of our pack's leading guardians passed territory lines for they knew Alpha blood ran in my veins. The different types of outcomes were endless. They locked be away into one of their underground chambers, strapping steel cuffs that hooked to the wall to both my ankles and wrists. It was painful I won't deny, but it acted like a drug, getting its high and feeling something take your mind to a whole another level. As the moon went over, they took place of my body, causing my heart rate to rise at rapid speed and my strength to heighten. Eventually, the steel cuffs broke and the chamber collapse after I made a mess of it. Of couse, I had been blacked out at the time, so it reminds me of a hangover. When I woke, my body was covered in dirt and unknown blood and I was laying in the middle of our pack's neighboring forest. It felt amazing. My packmembers had feared my return, along with my parents. Even as a teenager, I was able to pry the truth from one of them, being told that I had killed one of the guardian males that went to check up on me as well as a family of four. After a while, no one began to trust me, but as I grew to a woman, I admired their share of rumors about me and my parent's fear over me overwhelmed my spirits the most whenever I came home unexpectedly. As their soon-to-be Alphess, the pack went on strike and my Alpha parents had no other choice but to exile me. Can you believe that? Ha. Their own daughter and future Alpha female. A disgrace. And tilted demon's spawn for life,"
She spat angrily as she walked down the tunnel at the ground before continuing. "Pathetic. They call themselves greatness, but all the really are are pups that can't keep their tails from staying between their legs. I choose not to believe that before I was born that my family's pack was the most feared in all of northern New York region. Bravehearts had always been our enemy, both for the Dark pack, and Eternal Darkness. It wasn't always like that though. Gabriel and I used to be common acquaintances back when I moved to the city. The Dark pack had always been foes with them, but I was not. When I was exiled, Gabriel and I met out of coincidence. Not friends, just two Alphas who didn't know which way was left from right. In the late 1970's we decided to meet up along with his friend for a game of cards and a drink or two. Things acted all fine and dandy till his companion started taking chances on me by touching me underneath the table and grabbing my leg. Secretly, I played along, allowing him to rest his hand where he pleased, but when Gabriel got up to use the restroom, I asked his friend if he wanted to go outside so I could have a smoke. Of course he followed, if only he held any intelligence. At moment's notice, I ripped out his windpipe and killed him instantly. Eventually Gabriel found the body, we fought and went our separate ways without a word to be said. Man, you are lucky I like you because I haven't even told my packmembers that story. Still bugs me to know I was friends with that man."
