Their eyes shine in the moon’s light as they fight. Their movements are fluid, smooth, and predatory. Lean, taunt muscles lay beneath different colors of fur and sharp incisors are visible beneath black gums. Blood spatters over their beautiful coats and color the ground red as they snap, tear, and wound each other.

Fur standing on end, you approach the two groups as they pause and separate as they take notice of your presence. Two pairs of eyes stand out to you and unnerve you. Both seemed to draw the respect out of you without your consent as you lower your head and tuck your tail between your legs. Power radiated from them both, and you’re unsure whether it was the large, dark grey male with golden eyes, or the black female with bright green eyes that had the strongest air to them. They both stood across from each other, and large groups of other wolves and Werelings in human forms stand on each side behind them. All of their eyes bore into you and you stop as you stand before the two obvious leaders.

Your muscles tense and they begin to shake as your wolf side slowly draws you towards one side, your true nature, good or evil, slowly reveals itself as you make your decision. Which side will you choose? Will you choose the path of light and good? Or the path of dark and evil?

Okey, if he couldn't sleep, he will just train, that's it. He told Teimhnin and Legacie he was going to the city to hunt something but right now it wasn't a good idea. With the sun up, there was just too much people around and he didn't want to be hidden waiting for a good opportunity. He will just wait for the night to come and trap anything moving towards his way.

The black beast moved fast through the trees until he found one big enough to support his weight and started climbing the high trunk. His extremely long claws inserting into the wood and making his body made it up to the top, reaching a thick branch going east to another tree. He moved quickly like a feline and jumped to the next branch that broke with his massive weight, making him jump again to the base of the second tree. He turned with his head in the bottom and made his way down to the ground again very easily. He needed a new way to train, this was just too easy. He shook his fur and then looked around to find another thing to do.

Looking at the trunk at his side, he attacked it furiously with his claws removing the wood like if it was butter. Reaching the center of the tree, he stepped back a few meters and then slammed the upper part with his shoulders in a quick jump. The tree felt to the ground making a chirr and breaking partly his branches. Daiken sighted heavily and cracked the bones of his back and neck.

Looking up, he glanced at some birds in plain flight and started scaling the trees again and in a backwards jump trapped one of the birds without hurting any part of it with a single of his fangs. He reached the ground with his front paws first and then the back ones. Opening his jaws, he freed the scared bird that flew away quickly without a scratch.

Melissa took a deep breath, trying to pinpoint all her concentration on the change. Her crystal eyes were shut, and her shoulders were slightly rolled backwards. Her chest moved with smooth, deep breaths that were rythamic and timely. She didn't feel it at first, but her wolf was slowly waking up and coming to the front of mind, ready to take-over. Mel imagined her other self, normal sized and powerful. Here we go...

Deep blue eyes shot open, flickering to any and all movement. Her vision was enhanced, now that she was her wolf. Colors were brighter, scents were stronger, and any noise was 10x louder. Including that of a fallen tree followed by a frusterated growl. The female's head turned back to glance at the house. She had only changed by her self once, and that was with Alpha Gabriel's help. Hopefully she could keep it in check this time. Taking yet another deep breath, the wolf turned its head back to the forest and took off.

She slipped away, letting her wolf take over. It was just as curious as Melissa, and new how to use the unfamiliar body better than Mel did. They soon slowed to a stop, peeking through the underbrush to see a massive black wolf. There was something struggling in its jaws, and Mel was trying to figure out what when suddenly the jaw opened and the bird escaped scratch free. Melissa was disgusted at the thought of a bird in her mouth, but her wolf perked up at the idea, wanting to try to catch a bird herself. Another time, Mel told herself. Her wolf pouted, but instead they ventured forward to meet the mysterious black wolf.

The only two she knew were Gabriel and Tei, but this wasn't their wolf form. She knew a man named Jace, but hadn't seen him in this form before. So who was this? Only one way to find out, ask. Mel pushed out with her mind, coming close to a baracade that must have been the black wolf's. Unsure what to do, she just thought about what she might say and sent it his way. "Hey. My names Melissa, I heard a tree fall and wanted to see if things were okay?" Mel stopped. Wanted to see if things were okay? Wow, she needed to work on her social skills when it came to this wolf talk stuff. Mel shifted her weight from paw to paw, bouncing slightly as she waited on the male.

He watched as the bird flew over his head and disappeared over the top branches as another scent grabbed his attention. Another wolf was near, a female apparently. Before he could tell the provenance of it, a white figure appeared at his side, entrusted and relaxed, although her question made his eyebrows to crease interested. Her preoccupation amused him, giving a half smile to the new wolf. “Well Melissa, nothing to worry about. Just usual training.” Daiken shook his black fur again, making the silver chain in his neck chink. He glanced at the fallen tree and his trunk shattered like sawdust. He looked at her up and down. She was young and in some way beautiful. Her fur was white with black marks over her face and back , her eyes green, very similar to his but much more innocent and naïve. “I’m Daiken by the way. Are you new with the shifting process?” It was just a guess but little characteristics made him wonder. God, he had been much more social these last days than usual. Why? He never replied to someone that just appeared in his way and interrupts his training.

He moved a few steps closer to her, making a little turn around her and walking near another tree. “You are from Braveheart right?” He smiled careless at her and glanced at the top of the tree in front of him and then back to face her with his yellowish green eyes inviting. “Want to train a little too? I see you have good legs and it will be fun.” There he was again. Was it the boredom making him so... chatty? He waited patiently for her to decide as his tail balanced slightly against his legs, relaxed. His big paws pushing down the red leaves in the ground.

Melissa's eyes flickered to the right as her weight shifted. Was it really all that obvious this new lifestyle was indeed new to her? And here she thought she had begun to handle it well enough. Apparently not, since this Daiken could still tell she was a newb. "As a matter of fact I am." Melissa's crystal orbs followed him, answering both his first two questions. His steps around her were light and careless, and yet they made her nervous. Why?

"What training are you suggesting? Knocking down trees or combat? Not going to lie I am inexperienced at both, but willing to give both a try." Her tail lashed behind her. She watched him through narrowed eye lids, taking in his form. Alpha Gabriel hadn't given her much advice on training, but he did give her one important piece. Never underestimate your opponent.

(cruddy, my appologies)

He looked at her a little surprised. 'Fight? I would never fight a shifter that is new in the theme and can loose control at any moment. Although, in the other way, this could help her with that. But still... That was never my intention.' He sighted and looked at her. "Actually, I was thinking in something a little more easy than that." He glanced at the top of the tree again and then walked a few meters away from it. Looking straight to the trunk, he ran and started climbing the tree straight vertically, maintaining the balance with his tail and neck and his weight with his claws puncturing easily the wood.

Daiken reached 42 feet and then jumped to a thick branch of the same tree and looked down at Melissa. "This, is my idea of training. Would you like to give it a try?" He jumped down placing his front legs first and making the leaves under his paws to fly scattered as his tail followed him. He looked at her waiting for her reply, decided to teach her any tactic that would help her.

Her eyes rose in utter shock as Daiken began to scale the tree's vertical. She hopped up on her hind legs as she watched him go higher and higher, her front paws resting on the tree's trunk. It was impossible, not logical. Then again, so was everything else she'd learned these alst two months.

When Daiken asked if she would like to give it a try, Melissa's orbs narrowed slightly in worry. She? Do that? Yeah right she'd probably fall on her face.. Licking her lips, Mel took a couple steps back from the tree as she tried to imitate what he had done. She got about three bounds in when she felt herself losing it, her paws were slipping. Quickly she pushed off the trunk, landing on a branch instead of falling back to the ground.

Mel looked up to see him, waiting patiently. "I don't get it. How did you scale all the way up when I could only go only 3 leaps." Mel's orbs were narrowed with frustration. She hated not getting something right away, and it seemed this would take some practice.

He looked at her try and smiled slightly by her effort. He know this was hard, but that was one of the first tactics his pack taught him when he was little. It was as common for him as breathing. An assassin needed to learn this basic training after move on with fighting and killing. He gave her a wave with his head moving it down so she understood he wanted her to land back on the ground with him. “I have years of experience and practice, but I leaned to master this in just a few weeks. We are werewolves, don’t we? Anything is possible.”

He moved to the trunk again and placed one paw over the wood and closed his eyes. He stood there some seconds before opening his yellowish eyes again and looked up to her. “You think it’s all about force but it’s not just that. The force of the gravity will always win at some time.” He looked at the tree again, he paw still resting over it. “This tree is alive. All the things around us in this place. Life also brings energy, but at different levels. Feel the tree, feel the life inside him and then the energy that runs through his veins. When you are able to feel that source of power, and not only by touching it, but also feeling it just by knowing you have it near you, you will need to learn how to level both your energy and the one of the tree. That will help you be part of him and you will be able to feel you weight diminish and move to the top, like the same tree.” He moved some steps away from the trunk and sits over the ground placing his tail around him. “Then I will tell you what to do next.” He waited patiently for her to connect with the tree. All this place was alive and the energy flew freely around them. He never imagined he will be teaching a wolf he just met, but he was glad he chose this place. It was easy her, much more than in the city, where the buildings and constructions were dead and still.

This guy, is nutz! Melissa thought to herself, looking at the tree with full doubt. A tree, alive, with energy? Pa-lease, it sounded like some rip-off from the movie Avatar. Mel looked back to Daiken, with a look on her face that said 'You must be joking.' But he just stared back, waiting for her to "connect."

She huffed, but turned again to face the tree. She was nearly one hundred percent position this was going to fail. All things fail if not believed in, her wolf spoke to Melissa. The wolf had never given her advice before, so melissa tried to at least have some faith.

Once again Mel jumped on her hind legs, placing her front paws on the tree's trunk. She closed her eyes, trying to picture the energy running through the veins, just like he had said. She didn't feel anything, and was determined to just say she was done with it when she felt something like a tug. Her closed lids came together as she concentrated, trying to connect with the tug once again. But she did so with no success.

Mel sighed, turning to face Daiken. "I felt it, but it got away from me before i could establish any real contact." Did that sound crazy? Mel's tail lashed behind her, turning her head to face the tree. "I want to try again, running this time." Mel looked back at Daiken, then a shy smile came upon her wolf lips as she turned her head slightly downwards. "Do you think you could show me, one more time?"

He looked at her with interest, wondering if he ever had the flesh to be a 'teacher'. He just smiled to her when she looked down, not believing a word from him. Then she jumped and started 'connecting' with the tree she was on before. He waited patiently for her, his own body feeling the energy of that same tree. It was so easy now that he understood that they were all the same, all living creatures with different and at the same time equal blood flowing along their veins. He remembered when he was just new in the theme of turning into a wolf and then trying to believe a piece of wood had feeling too.

She moved away somewhat happy for feeling it but frustrated for letting it go. He smiled with her determination to try again and moved at her side. He moved her paw to the trunk again with his own black one and then closed her eyes slightly touching her face. "Relax. You are too tense and is still hard to absorb everything I just said. Feel your own heart pounding, your own blood flowing along your body. Close all your senses from the exterior and concentrate just in you, your body, your mind, your soul. Then, when you feel your own energy, try to feel that same energy in the tree. Move all that concentration to the tree you are touching and catch that same energy in 'him'. Then, look at how similar they are, you two are. Finally, regulate both energies to be the same. No matter if he's bigger than yours or the other way around, learn to highlight or decrease, you energy, to be equal to the one he has." All this time he referred the tree as someone, and not something. It was normal for him looking at all living creatures the same as him, just that ones are more developed than others. He smiled placing the humans as the least developed and selfish ones.

Mel's paw was placed on the trunk as Daiken jumped up to place his own next to her. She just her eyes, following his every word. Her breathing was low and even, the type of breathing which was used just before someone falls asleep. But she wasn't tired, she was focused and relaxed. Her muscles moved within her pelt as she kept reminding her self to loosen up.

Daiken's voice came to an end, and Melissa panicked for a moment, no longer having his guidance. But she managed to calm herself down, and found her back legs bending as they prepared to push off the soil. Her crystal blue orbs flashed open as she raced up the tree, concentrating on the connection as her claws pulled her forward. At one point she felt the tree beginning to wobble as she neared the top and she leaped to the side to land on a thick branch from a nearby oak. Her tail waved slowly with the wind as she watched birds fly just over her head. Looking down she saw Daiken, and let out a laugh.

"It worked! I can't believed it worked!" Her wolf face was lit up, her eyes wide and shining at her newest achievement. She hoped down from branch to branch till finally she could jumped to the ground. She had landed a couple trees away from Daiken, but padded over to him energetically. "That was amazing! Did you see how far I was? Was it fast?" Mel ran out of breath and was forced to stop talking. She smiled again at Daiken and managed another Thank You as she waited for her breath to return to her.

He kept quiet waiting for her to focus. He sensed her own energy emanating from her pelt, relaxed and flowing freely. He maintained at her side, looking at her every movement. Suddenly her eyes opened and with a jump of her back legs, she boosted up toward the top, her claws inserting into the trunk easily and her muscles moved freely supporting her weight and balance. Daiken couldn’t prevent a smile crossing his lips by her success. His eyes flashed when a pure face, proud and happy, looked down at him from the top. He was surprised she succeed so quickly in this.

She came down going towards him overflowing with energy. Smiling at her he nodded maintaining his composure. “See, I knew you could do it. Now relax before your lungs end up without air.” He looked up and thought in the next step, if she wanted to continue of course. Looking at her he seated over the leaves and moved his head to make her sit as well. “Now, tell me if you can feel the tree’s energy right here, without touching them. Try to feel the energy of the tree you climbed, then, feel all the other trees around you. This is a forest, having lots of trees and life all over the place. Is like a huge source of energy emanating power. If you can control this and practice a bit often, you will be able to tell when a forest, or any place with any kind of energy, is near and you will be able to guide yourself. This could even help you hunting. The scents of the animals, or humans, are strong. Your nose and ears could lead you without problem. But when there are a lot of scents and noise, the only thing that could help you is to feel the energy of that pray, or even friend, and it’s much stronger than his scent or the noise they make. Every scent is different, every energy is different. Close your eyes again and try to feel the uniqueness of your own energy and then feel mine. See how different they are. With time, you will be able to notice that even trees and similar plants had their own kind of energy.” He waited for her again. The thought part will be when she leans to climb unloving things like buildings. That would be a lot more difficult because there is no energy that could help her synchronize with that thing.

She beamed when he praised her, then told her to basically shut up before she suffocates. She would have laughed if she could, but instead nothing came out because there wasn't enough breath. She bent over, resting her hands just above her knees as she caught her breath. It had taken more out of her than she expected. I would kill for some water right about now... Melissa thought to herself, looking around as if to see some. It was odd though, because Melissa hated water. She couldn't stand the taste, simply because there wasn't one. She always had to add some sort of flavoring to it, unless she was too tired to care. Like now.

Melissa fell back on her bum, crossing her legs indian style and leaning back on her hands. She let her head fall backwards, smiling up at the tree tops. She looked up when Daiken had started speaking from his seat across her. She listened intently, knowing he wasn't just playing a joke. What he was saying was true. She closed her eyes again, trying to search for the tree she had connected with earlier. He was right, she did sense a lot of different energies, the trouble was finding the one she needed. She gave up on the tree, for now, and instead tried to get a feel for her own. It was strange, but she came to find that each energy had a certain picture to go along with it, or at least that was how she chose to see them. Her's was like a calm creek flowing over slippery rocks covered with moss, refreshing and relaxing. She smiled, liking the feel of her energy. Next she tried to search for Daiken's.

She reached out with her mind, searching forwards since that was where he sat. It didn't take long for her to find his mind, but instead of poking into his head she tried to memorize his energy. His was different, it reminded her of something like a fireplace. The picture contained a fireplace with cold stones wrapped around it like an absorbing blanket, but if she looked through the stones there was a patch of embers, trying to warm the area around them. She titled her head, eyes still closed, as she stared at the picture in her mind. Did the energy pictures in her mind connect with the person's personality? Daiken didn't seem like the kind to hide his nice side, but at the same time he wasn't really open either. She thought about it for a while before withdrawing from his energy space.

When she opened her mind she realized she was completely refreshed, as if she had drawn energy from Daiken. Slightly confused, she asked him about it. "By connecting or feeling energies, is it possible to do some sort of transfer? Sort of like how when elements smash together, electrons and protons may be exchanged?" Melissa hoped she hadn't confused him. It was simple science, but she only remembered it because they had been doing a segment on it within the month before she had changed. She felt smart relaying the information back to Daiken, and at least hoped she could again impress him, even if it was simple science.

Daiken waited for her watching closely every movement she made. Her energy flowing freely around her as she tried to focus on the trees around her. She was progressing a lot in such a little time. She was very talented, maybe not in the fighting theme, but in her spiritual and thinking side she had a lot to offer. That was her forte and she needed to take advantage of it. Suddenly, he felt his own energy decreasing, slightly, but it was decreasing. He looked amazed at Melissa, trying to understand how she managed to succeed in the energy transfer without any introduction to it. He could have put a stop to it, but he wanted to see how far she was able to go.

When she opened her eyes and looked at him, he stood serious, amazed at her abilities. Her question just made it clear she knew slightly about it. He took a deep breath and walked slowly towards her, his head high but relaxed. “Yes, but it’s very different from connecting or feeling energies. It’s still hard to believe you were able to succeed in that without knowing about it.” He stopped a moment and looked at her closely, feeling her own energy. It was calm and focused. She had a very good base to do this kind of things. “It’s called energy transfer and you really need to be careful about it. There is no problem drawing energy from me, I have more energy than you and I know how to regulate or block it. Imagine a pup or someone weaker than you. You can reduce the energy of that someone in critical levels. Maybe not enough to kill, but surely to make loose conscious until their own energy is replenished. Your own health could also be affected. Someone that knows about this trick could turn the cards to the other side and take your energy while you try to do the same. It that case, you will to learn how to block your energy and prevent it to be drawn from anyone. Even the trees can draw energy from you, in very small amounts. Like a parasite plant. Other inconvenient is that, if you draw energy from someone ‘evil’, his energy is exactly the same, and it will just contaminate your own energy. I’m not saying you will become ‘evil’ or something, but you will start to feel bad, sick, and abnormal. Like a cancer that takes your good energy and eats it, changing it. The only thing that helps your after that, is time. With time the energy is replenish or transformed into its real self again.”

He moved a few meters away and turned to face her again. “Let’s try something. I will change into Slater, my wolf side, and I warn you, he is pretty scary. He is very sadistic and cynical. Be careful to not take much energy from him. Use the same technic you used with me and draw his energy to you. You then will know what I mean about ‘feeling abnormal’.” With that, he switched places with Slater. His eyes turned dark orange, almost crimson, and his energy changed drastically. His pelt looked darker and with some shades of red where the light touched his fur. A low growl came from his throat and his muscles and bones moved in a wave, as the beast got used to his own body again. Daiken’s mind was at the back now, Slater taking the lead and unchained, with the chance to do whatever he liked. His voice was dark and harsh, like a pure demon. “Well, well. What a beautiful company you got Daiken. Pretty tasty I must say.” Slater made an evil grin showing his fangs to Melissa. ‘Easy there Slater. You know what we are doing. Just stay there and let her take some of your energy.’ The demon chuckled and eyed the white female in front of him. ‘Let’s see if she can handle my energy.’

Melissa looked up at Daiken, still sitting along the ground. She beamed when he told her she was partically right, admitting his surprise in his figure. Melissa bit down on her tongue lightly as his eyes locked onto her, as if seeing through her. His gaze was a bit uncomfortable, but she didn't slouch or pry away. She sat tall, listening to him as he gave her another lesson. Melissa loved learning new things, and Daiken was an excellent teacher. He took his time, explaining every twist, turn, and shadow of energy transfer.

It was rather dark, thinking of her energy being tainted. It intrigued her, and it must have been obvious because Daiken proposed an experiment. Melissa stood up slowly as the transformation began, bones cracking and moving beneath Daiken's skin as he became his wolf, Slater. The sight made Melissa's stomach twist, giving her a sickening feeling. She'd never watched someone else turn, and it was rather disturbing. She wondered if she looked the same when she changed, or if it was worse due to her being a bitten.

Melissa tried to hide her distaste as Slater grinned, showing her a complete set of white teeth. They were very sharp, and by the look in Slaters eyes, and just by the feel of his aura, he liked to use them. She shivered slightly, unable to help it. Standing there awkwardly, Melissa didn't know how to procede. Should she greet the wolf, or just do so as Daiken had planned? Melissa decided to go with the first. "Hello Slater. I trust that Daiken has already filled you in..." Unsure of what else to say, Melissa hesitated as she tilted her head in a wolfish way, watching slater. The wolf was taller than her, much larger and could no doubt squash her like a bug. The thought made Melissa uneasy, but she closed her eyes anyway, pushing herself to focus.

She reached out hesitantly at first, following the faint trail of Daiken. Instead of feeling the familiar stone fireplace picture she had gained earlier from Daiken, she felt chains. Her mind painted her an earie painting, rusty chains covered with slick red liquid. She reached out with her mind, and began to feel sick to her stomache. It wasn't neccessarily because of the contact, but more just of the idea of being near Slater's head, his thoughts parted open to her just barely, giving a peek inside his twisted thoughts.

A glimpse was enough however, Melissa pulled back, opening her eyes and she wrapped her arms around her. She was slightly chilled to say the least. "The Aura is dark and slick and the energy feels like a day old pool of blood... I'm sorry for what you had to go through Slater." Melissa's crystal orbs avoided the wolf. She didn't know why she was appologizing, but she felt she needed to. Her stomache was still twisted, making Mel uncomfortable. Maybe this was what Daiken ment by feeling abnormal. Within her mind Mila, her wolf, had awake and pacing in Melissa's thoughts. The energy from Slater had made Melissa sick, but it drove Mila. She wanted out, feeling as if she could snap an ancient oak in two with her jaw. She was on edge, and going nuts inside her cage.

The black demon looked at her amused. Her scare making it obvious she had no confidence or the slight trust that she could insert a single fang on him. Her sight made him laugh evilly, his crimson eyes shining. He loved making his prays feel that way in front of him. 'She is not a pray.' Daiken's thoughts were calmed but with a warning. He ignored her first words, maintaining quiet and dominant in front of her. So she was a respectful wolf then?

Slater sighed and waited patiently for her to proceed. He felt how she started entering into his mind. That was not the same as looking for the energy of the subject, making him block his mind as quickly as he noticed it. He will not let anyone to see into his toughs. She then moved into his energy, feeling it and absorbing a very small amount of it, just to then back off unable to continue. Slater smiled looking at her weak and sick state. “Maybe you went too far with this kid Daiken.” His words teasing both the teacher and the apprentice.

Daiken looked at Melissa from Slater’s eyes, hearing her every word to see if she got what he was talking about. He meant no harm to her but this was the best way to teach her. Slater smiled at the description of his own aura, but then turned serious and a little annoyed. She was sorry? The demon let out a heavy sigh and looked at her penetrating. He didn’t let her look into his mind for a single detail of his past, so how did she know? No, she didn’t. She guessed it by just feeling his energy. She was good then, too good for his taste. Daiken also maintain quiet, surprised by her determination and ability. Just as Slater, he also went through a lot of things until now. Slater shook her words of his head, a very little part of him thanked to hear them, all the rest, angry because she didn’t knew a crap to be saying that things.

He was just going to make Daiken change places again when he felt her own wolf growing anxious. A half smile spread along his snout, reaching his left scar crossing his eye. He moved slowly and powerful towards her, looking down at the scared white wolf. “What is her name? Does she even have one?” He knew she will understand his questions. With a bigger smile he leaned his head closer to hers, his snout almost touching her fur. “Want to let her free for the first time?” His voice was dark but amused. ‘Stop it Slater, don’t push her.’ ‘Relax my friend, you had your turn to teach her something, not it’s mine.’ Daiken doubted for a moment. When did Slater ever wanted teach anyone anything? He preferred to stay quiet and kill. Maybe he didn’t want to teach anything, he just wanted to have a good time annoying her wolf part. ‘Don’t misunderstand me Daiken, I’m curious to see how is the wolf part of such a young and ‘pure’ werewolf. She could have the same characteristics, or be the other way around.’

Melissa's eyes flickered up towards Slater as he spoke of Daiken possibly going to far with her. "He did nothing wrong, I just didn't prepare for the worst." She spat the last word. Daiken couldn't have done any better, it was Melissa's curiousity that had gotten the better of her. She glared as she watched Slater, debating within himself. Were he and DAiken argueing? Suddenly Melissa's hand was swung to hold her head, an intense pain making her head spin. Mila, calm down! You're making my head spin! Melissa groaned lightly, looking up at Slater as an ugly smile spread across his snout as he neared her. "Mila." She spat at the wolf, no doubt making his anger grow. Her headache was sending her spinning, and Mila wasn't helping as she threw herself around wanting out.

"Want to let her free for the first time? A low growl echoed from Melissa's throat. She was trying to hold Mila back, but she was stronger and needed to be let out. A cry errupted from Melissa's lips and she fell to her hands and knees. Mila was making her turn, against her will. A painful experience.  It was almost like they were back at the beginning, when Mel didn't have a clue what was going on and fought with all her will. And here she was again, knowing that her energy was tainted and that Mila was going free. It would affect Mila worse than it had Melissa, for Mila was always looking for a reason to get angry, for a reason to start a fight. Now she had one. Another cry left Melissa's lips as she glared up at the white wolf who was grinning, enjoying the show. Her orbs were no longer her pretty blue-green hue, instead they were a dark blue with shadows licking the edges of her wolf eyes. Melissa's head snapped downward, a single tear falling to kiss the earth.

Melissa's ragged breathing was replaced with deep, warm animal breathing. Rolling her grey shoulders, Mila raised her had to glare at Slater. Her whole body was stiff, and she went for the easiest release. She launched herself at the white wolf, determined to rip the smirk from his lips. Her teeth snapped inches from his neck, but he had no doubt seen it coming and easily swerved out of the way. She lashed out with her paw anyway, slightly satisfied as it grazed his left flank. She hadn't caught much skin, but it was the taste that pleased Mila. "This isn't my first time out of the cage you prick." Her tail lashed behind her, fierce orbs bruning into Slater's own. He had purposely pushed Melissa, and in a way pushed Mila. Mila was extremely protective of Melissa, she just didn't get to show it very much. Usually she did something stupid when she was pissed like this, kind of like she was now.

A big grin spread in his face hearing her words. ‘The worst’? Hehehe You really don’t know what is the worst from me.” His voice was evil and threatening, filled with pleasure. His crimson eyes looked amused at her as her wolf grew anxious inside her, breaking the chains and walls that trapped her inside Melissa. He tasted the wolf’s name along his tongue, his grin spreading as the female tried to hold back Mila at the same time that an intense pain filled her little body.

Daiken looked worried at the girl as she screamed. ‘Idiot! This is not the way to make her be in touch with her wolf Slater. This should not be painful for her.’ Slater gave him a low growl. ‘I’m the one that understand her wolf part the most here. Don’t step in if you are not able to trust me Daiken. She is in pain because she was bitten, it’s very different from a pure blood like us.’ Daiken stood quiet knowing he was right. He trusted Slater, but he didn’t liked seen such a young wolf being hurt like this. He waited patiently until Mila appeared right in front of them, trying to hurt Slater. A smile crossed his lips knowing she had made a big mistake. Slater was one that only gave one more chance, and she wasted it by snapping a second time.

Slater watched the wolf coming with her jaws open, easily moving backwards from her attack with a blank expression. He was not surprised at all for her reaction, but her second attack made his blood to boil inside his veins. A snarl able to freeze anyone’s blood, like a demon being disturbed from his deep sleep, made his way out from the wolf’s throat. All his fangs fully exposed as his eyes shone red at the dog’s disrespect. He moves lighting speed towards Mila, his long black claws inserting into her shoulder as he threw her backwards, making her back to snap against the ground. Half of his weight pressing against her clavicles as his claws deepened into her flesh. His jaws partially open centimeters from her nose as saliva moved along his fangs slowly. A deep and scary growl filled the forest as he looked dominant into her eyes as his tail stood straight up. He didn’t care at all her attack. The small cut in his flank already healed. What made him want to rip off her head was the lack of respect against someone much older than her. He moved away the first time, ignoring her attempt to hurt him, giving her a second opportunity to behave, now, he will not give a third chance. “It seems like you want to lose your life at such a young age, beautiful.” His fangs moving even closer to her face. ‘Slater.’ Daiken voice tried to calm him down but he knew he will not hurt her, at least not more than what he already did. If she didn’t tried to attack him again of course. “What I said, and I don’t like to repeat myself, was ‘WANT to let her free for the first time’, not that you could step out at you own will when Melissa was holding you back.”

Mila's eyes narrowed and her head raised as her claws caught some of his pelt. She watched the anger flow up in flames in his own eyes, his snarl echoing around the woods. She was slightly pleased with herself, though she knew she had made a big mistake. Suddenly  Slater darted towards her, digging his long claws into her shoulder. She howled painfully, gritting her teeth as she crashed back into the ground. Her eyes widened just a bit as she caught a look from this view, his fangs in her face as the saliva trickeled about them. She tried to keep her 'You don't own me' look in place, but it wavered the longer he stared at her. Those orbs of his cut further into her than his claws had, leaving her uncomfortable locked in his gaze.

He moved away, removing his claws along with his gaze. A groan escaped her lips as the pain flared up with the movement. She glared up at him, gritting her teeth as the fur along her neck stood on edge. A growl was released as his face came close to hers again as he dared to call her beautiful. She resisted the urge to spit in his face, instead only just gave him a look that she wished could kill.

"My lady has let me out before hand, her choice. She just didn't think it would be a good idea to let me out this time..." Because she knew i'd do something stupid like this, Melissa finished the last in her head so that he could not hear it. She pushed her way back to her feet, her own orbs glaring up at him. She hated being a short wolf, everyone else seemed to be much larger than her. At least Melissa could wear heals to fix that in her own form.

Mila wished to walk away, to leave slater behind. She hadn't minded Daiken's company, she'd listen to him and Mel converse while she was inside. He at least seemed like a gentleman. His wolf was a completely different story. But she stood there, waiting on him. Daiken had taught Melissa something useful, perhaps Slater had something he wished to share as well. Either that or he just wants to throw you around like a chew toy. Mila grunted, thinking of his teeth holding onto her neck as he shook her brains out. Not the prettiest picture in mind.

A low growl came from his throat as she explained herself. “Shut up. I never asked you a shit for you to talk.” He stood high analyzing her, feeling Mila’s energy flowing with anger inside her. A half smile marked his scarred side as he moved towards her, circling her as his long claws left her blood marked in the ground with his first steps. He stopped at her back, talking with his same demon voice at the back of her neck, his hot breath against her ear. “You lady? Well, your lady was right doesn’t she? It wasn’t a good idea.” Although he was happy Mila was in control now, he will have some fun with her, more than with Melissa.

He finished his last word with a hiss to then finish his circle around her and move to his spot again turning to face her with a serious expression. “Why did you attack me? I want an answer now. That kind of reckless and foolish behavior will cost your life and the one or ‘your lady’! You need to have more tolerance and respect, especially when your adversary is stronger than your and will not have the same patience as I have!” His eyes flickered with anger remembering her irrespective attack against him.

Slater took a deep breath and waited for her answer. That same rampage reaction could also be useful if she leaned how and when to use it. Daiken could always teach Melissa, but when it came to teach a wolf, another wolf is better for the job.  He was not as traditional and relaxed as Daiken. He was going to use different techniques to teach her something useful for the future.

[[Ugh sorry. Been suffering from writer's block -.-]]

Mila stiffened, her jaw locking as Slater swore at her. She glared at him, her head lowering just slightly. She hated being sworn at, as if proper words weren't good enough to be used against her. Her whole body went stiff as he stalked around to her backside. She hated not being able to see what he was doing and she had to fight every instict inside her not to swing around and face him.

Swallowing thickly, Mila's eyes darted to the side as Slater came back into her view. Her orbs narrowed, the only sign of her flinching, as he again raised his voice at her. Her tongue snaked out her mouth, wetting her nose as she contemplated how to respond. A smart ass comment was definately not the smartest choice right now. She swallowed, watching as Slater seemed to be trying to calm himself. That was reasurring at least, if only a little.

"You were insulting my La...Melissa... As well as your form seemed rather threatening." And I didn't want you hurting her. Mila's jaw tightened again. She remembered thinking that Slater may have attacked Melissa, and that it wouldn't have been at all fair. At least if he'd attacked after she'd changed than Mila could fight back with her own weapons. With melissa he would have ripped her apart easy.

Mila wished to question him, to ask what now. But she knew he would frown upon that, and he seemed to have a short temper. Best to play it safe right now... we are still new to all this, Melissa spoke up from the back, addressing Mila. She also offered a small Thank You in order for Mila standing up for her, but Mila pretended not to hear it. Instead she rolled her shoulders, watching Slater.

[[Don't worry :3]]

"Well, you should get use to that from now on." A wicked smile curved his dark lips with the word 'threatening'. “At least now I know you are close to ‘you lady’, wanting to protect her from any harm, even to one superior than your force.  That was very dumb also.” He looked at the wolf for some time, trying to think in the best teaching for her, one that will help her in the future. Not that he cared what happened to her. This actually, was just for the pleasure of fun. Showing his fangs with a grin, he finally discovered what was going to be her teaching.

“Shift.” A simple command. “Shift into your human flesh without letting ‘your lady’ took the control of the body that is of her pertain. Now.” Without waiting, he changed into a human for the first time in front of her. Her fur turned into a white shirt and dark jeans with black leather boots. Two dog tags hanging from his neck with his personal information and an expensive titanium watch in his left wrist. A black leather belt hiding in his back a large hunting knife made of silver. His slightly long hair was not as black as his fur, but still dark and shiny, much shorter in his chin, cheeks, and under his nose. His grin still in his place, revealing fangs that he never liked to turn into normal teeth, marking the difference between him and Daiken. His eyes still dark orange, almost scarlet, and his pupils slit like the ones of a snake. He could look like Daiken but Slater was still in control and ruling of that body.  “What the hell are you waiting? Change now so we can begin you next lesson.” A dark smile made his way out as he waited for her to turn.

Mila watched and listened as he droned on and insulted her a couple more times. Her tails swished impatiently, growing slightly bored. Mila wasn't like Melissa who could sit and do the same thing for hours on end. With Mila it was go go go go! No stopping, no resting, and no listening.

Her orbs widened however as Slater spoke of changing back, yet keeping in control. How the hell was she supposed to do that? Every other time she'd turned, Melissa had automatically taken over. Mila shifted her weight from foot to foot, her eyes revealing her slight unease.

Mila's tail lashed once behind her as the change began to take place. Her grey fur turned back into clothing, her straightned hair now waving loose in the breeze. Her dark blue orbs however changed back to Melissa's soft blue green ones, and she knew she'd messed up.

"It didn't work. It's me again." Melissa did an annoying little wave, glaring as she folded her arms over her chest. Daiken had offered more information when teaching Mel, but Slater had thought Mila would get it all her own. Melissa let out a rough breath, her eyes narrowed in Slater's direction. It looked like Daiken, but it was the color of his eyes that let her know it was still Slater. That and of course the way he spoke to them.

Slater sent an angry growl, not liking at all the poor concentration of both females. "Maybe you two need some incentive." With that he stepped closer in just seconds, trapping her neck in his left hand, crashing her back against a trunk behind. His hand started closing slowly, secretly making sure to not cut her oxygen or blood circulation. He didn’t want to deal with an unconscious wolf. With several low growls, he leaned against her, his fangs almost touching her cheek as his hot breath spread along her ear and neck. “Now, change personalities. This is not just Mila’s job, it’s also yours. You, Melissa, need to back off, and let Mila took full control. Concentrate and visualize how you mind change places with hers. But careful, if you start shifting into a wolf again, whether you try to attack me again or not, I will hurt you.”

To make sure she understood, Slater turned the nails in his right hand into his long dark claws of three inches, more than enough to perforate her organs easily. Touching her abdomen slightly with the end of his claws he moved his head back again to look at her, waiting to see her change. Hardening more his grip around her neck, he had her against the sword and the wall, just one alternative to do. If her mind kept being of Melisa, he will choke her. If Mila couldn’t change without shifting, he will trespass her stomach with his claws. His scarlet eyes looked at her impatient as Daiken tried to calm him down again. ‘Slater, aren’t you going too far?’ ‘No. She needs to learn this technique, and also to work under any kind of pressure. I’m not doing this to hurt her and you know that.’

Melissa rolled her eyes, wishing she could talk to Daiken instead of Slater. Her eyes glanced up with his movement, only having time to slightly brace herself as she was slammed into the tree behind her. She let out a sharp yelp, sucking in as she prepared to launch every swear word she knew at him. But when she actually tried to speak, nothing came out. His hand had tightened around her neck, and her eyes flashed up to him with worry.

Mel tried to swallow, but with his hand pressing into her neck it only increased her discomfort. She felt his fingers grow hard and realized he had shifted part of his hand into claws. She stretched her neck, wanting to get away from the sharp objects, but his grasp only intensified. As if having his hand wrapped around her neck wasn't bad enough, Melissa also felt claws brush her abdomen, nipping at her clothing. Again she tried to swallow, her eyes closing as she tried to concentrate.

'No pressure or anything, but if we mess up we are screwed.' Mila told Mel, as if she didn't already know. She sighed mentally, passing Mila on her way to the back. She turned around, facing her wolf who was lashing her tail behind her. 'You really think it's going to be that easy? You just stand behind me and suddenly I'm in control?' Mila tilted her head, staring doubtfully at her other half. 'Worth a shot.' Melissa replied, rather lazily. Mila's eyes widened, waiting for a further explanation. But Melissa stayed quiet, looking as if she was sleeping standing up. With a rough sigh, Mila yanked herself around and willed Melissa's eyes to open.

Melissa's eyes opened, and she seemed to gaze around at her surroundings and how they seemed faded in color. Then her eyes moved to familiar orange colored orbs, and a sly grin grew on her lips. "Well hello stranger." Mila listened through her human ears, and instantly hated this form. Her actual body was more enhanced, as well as more comfortable.

His mouth curved in a grin of pure satisfaction, even being slightly proud of this girl when he noticed her eyes changing, as well as her voice. He needed to remember she was new in all this, and that’s why he was taking those extremes, to make her knowledge and learning faster. His claws turned to be normal nail like before, retreating the hand in her neck to rest it on his side. Taking some steps back he maintained his eyes on her, still with the grin in his gaze, showing slightly his fangs. “Excellent. See, nothing is impossible when you are a werewolf.”

Turning around he started moving into the forest, taking the sound of running water as his new direction. “Come. I have something else to teach you. Then, you will be able to leave or do what you wish.” He kept moving knowing she will follow. She could have left all this time, but she stayed, weather it was for Daiken or just for curiosity and learning. “Hurry, I’m not a patient wolf.”
